clean rooms useful laundry constant water

the hotel is very clean. rooms had everything i needed. the laundry facilities were very useful and water was always available.

the rooms are tiny. i think that is normal here.

excellent shibuya stay

spacious layout comfortable bed english-speaking concierge amazing location

the room layout. i found the bed comfortable and the cleanliness really good. the front desk staff spoke english fluently and were very kind. the location was amazing, putting me right in the middle of shibuya. i loved the electric kettles provided in the room.

the air conditioning did not seem to work consistently, i sometimes woke up feeling too warm.

the hotel offers a reasonably priced breakfast. nearby, to the herbs and kinka sushi provide great dining options. the common dining area had helpful appliances. i was very grateful for these amenities.

the hotel is near shibuya station, a short walk. the location is very convenient to restaurants, shrines, parks and shopping. the facility sits right at the edge of the main activity, offering great walking distance to everything you need.

the kitchen and washing facilities proved very useful . the entire facility looked very clean. i appreciated the modern style. i believe there was only one entrance , so i felt really safe in the hotel.

location good but room issues

small room inconsistent aircon

the room was super small, i think. also, the aircon didn't work that well. i would wake up really hot. it was frustrating because i couldn't adjust the temperature properly. the small space and inconsistent aircon.
